OPML LMS, OK? LOL!

I keep thinking there's a place for OPML as the organizing element for a decentralized learning management system, especially for post-secondary, but maybe for corporate training, too. Imagine five Western Civ instructors from different colleges all sharing online resources and nobody has to coordinate it.
