Glad to see the ownerId element so you don't have to put in your e-mail address to be contacted.

I made a page for my ID last fall when the spec was being kicked around. All it aims to do is offer a way to reach me and to confirm that, yes, it's that Amy Bellinger. I don't claim to understand a lot about formal identity, attention and reputation systems, but it seems to me that URL-based identity could get started without waiting for agreement on single sign-on methods and all that stuff.
