Lots of folks are looking for Segoe UI

People seem anxious to install Segoe UI, Vista's new system font. I have it, but in looking around for places to download it, I don't see many or any. A couple German forums. I'm afraid it must be illegal to distribute it or I'd put in a link to my .ttf file. Why would they need to protect it, though? Just waiting? For what?
